Our Infrastructure

Our manufacturing site located at Gallops Industrial Park, Ahmedabad, Gujrat, is a multifunctional, EU-GMP and WHO-GMP certified facility with a plot area of 6150 sq. meters and a total built-up area of 4055.53 sq. meters, with dedicated packing lines for sachet filling, capsule filling, and semisolid filling. We manufacture a diverse product range which includes; Tablets: Uncoated, Coated (Film-coated and Enteric Coated), Chewable, Dispersible, Sustained Release, Capsules: Hard Gelatin Capsules, Powders: Dry Powder for Sachets, and Semi Solids: Gel, Cream, Ointment and Toothpaste.

We can produce 50 million tablets and 10 million capsules each month, we can make 1 million powder sachet packs and 1 million semi-solid tube packs each month. As we build out our infrastructure, we’ll soon have an F & D unit, an injectables unit, and a specialized finished goods warehouse. Avantika Medex creates its products in strict accordance with international norms and standards, and before sending them to customers, each one is put through a series of tests to ensure its purity and safety.

We have separate and fully equipped analysis sections like physicochemical, and microbiology, which conduct various kinds of sample analyses to determine the quality and safety of all the pharmaceutical formulations. We keep products in our breathable, temperature-controlled warehouse, which allows for secure storage of the goods.
